Workout #2

Repeated same workout as Monday, but added a couple sets of crunches. Also explored the gym more. Very nice boxing room, lots of machines and a smallish free weights section, but I'll be going later in the evenings when there are fewer people, so it should be fine. Workout felt okay. Definitely a little sore from Monday, so I know I am doing the right thing by easing back into this. Will go for some cardio Friday night.
