Lost count of the number of days - so stopping that. I've missed a couple of days blogging, but have been faithful with recording weight and activity. Each time I slip up and eat more than I should, it takes longer for me to lose the weight I gained back. For me each slip adds 1/2 pound that takes 4 days to get back off. What a ridged life I'm going to have as I get older. Is it worth it? What is the value of dieting when I have to watch myself this closely? Where's the FUN!!!!!!!
