I haven't really had the chance to work out during the past week, my daughter stayed with us over Father's Day weekend so most of my time was spent with the family instead of on the computer.  Her and I did work out together tho and we went walking.  I also pulled a muscle in my shoulder and back, this past Sunday, so I haven't been able to do much other then walk.  Hopefully here soon I can get back in the swing of things and start my new excercise plan.  I have found several different dance (Zumba, and Bollywood) videos that I can do to keep me motivated to lose weight, along with my normal routine.  I have a plan that involves doing one routine for 2 weeks then changing it up for 2 weeks, and just do that for a while.  I'm hoping that by doing it this way, I won't get bored and I'll stay motivated.  Wish me luck.
