Back On the Wagon!

I just resumed entering my meals and tracking my weight on 12/31/11. Between not watching my diet and not exercising regularly, and drinking too much alcohol, I have gained 30 lbs since I was last a regular here. Menopause has not helped either.

I'm setting more reasonable goals this time--my first goal is to lose 20 lbs in 2 months. I plan to do this with a limited carb plan (125g daily) that also limits calories (1400 daily) and fat (less than 30%). I will also exercise every day I am not working--some cardio and definitely weights.

This time I WILL be successful!
