So i'm starting this thing and idk who actually reads these or not but I'll warn you ahead of time. I type pretty freakin fast so often times i'll have mistakes and not notice them. I also am a really crapy speller and I might drop a few swears here and there just depending on my mood.

So a little about myself if you didn't read my bio again not sure who actually takes the 3 mintues out of there oh so busy day...did i mention i'm quite the smart ass, although i don't mean to be. anyways, I am bipolar, I do have other mental issues and I have a torn ACL but i stopped taking doctors advice because one i'm broke and she's expensive and two i have no insurance because i have no job.

anyways, I actually started losing weight about two weeks ago. i went from 250 to 224 so i'm working on it. I'm also on Hydroxycut. my mom goes to planet fitness so i go with her, the problem is she doesn't go everyday so most of the time i get up, take my hydroxycut, drink coffee and do laundry because our washer is two flights of steps down and two flights back up. My step dad works a resturant and is a chef so needless to say i prepare most of my own meals cuz this man believes in taste of food vs whats deadly and whats healthly. I do smoke, usually a pack last me about two days, sometimes 4 days if i'm not feeling well or if allergies are bugging me like they usually do. really it depends on my mood. I do have asthma and because my area is now going into spring it's starting to bug me more. I do have an inhaler that i must keep with me as well as the lovely epi pen. those who have an epi pen know that that last statement was sarcasm. for those of you who don't know, an epi pen is a very very important device for those who have deadly allergies like i do. if a bee stings me, i'll die with in five minutes, if i touch shell fish or someone who has eatten shell fish touches me, I'll die with in five minutes, If i go near a mushroom i'll die with in five minutes, oh and any form of penicillen with kill me with in 3 mintues. how do i have these times you ask. simple, pretty much found out on accident when the emts where hitting me with iv's and preforming cpr because i couldn't breath on my own, eventually they gave me an epi pen. now when ever i happen to come into contact with these things that can kill me, i know because my face swells, my tounge swells, and of course i can't breath because my throat is closing up. so an epi pen has medication. it's basically a shot i carry around in a pen like case. it's a needle attatched at the end that goes through clothes and pretty much anything i'm wearing and you legit stap the shit out of me in my thigh. the medication stops the reaction almost instatnly, however i still have the lovely experience of going to the emergency room for hours on end.

alright now back to what i was saying.

oh yeah so today i woke up and i did not have my coffee, and it was super sunny and kinda hot outside so my allergies are bad. i did have a doctors appointment. I took my hydroxycut and did a lot of house work, but had to take a bendrill because of my allergies, meaning i had a long long nap. it was about 3 hours but still threw me off. I went to the gym and i did do the treadmill for 30 minutes which is walking about 1.5 miles walking. I did some weight lifiting and some ab machines trying to tightin my stomach and work on my thighs as well as strengthen my knee enough to possible to jog.

my mood wasn't too out of wack today and i didn't have any super bad hallucinations today. so i wasn't too bad off and i had really no mass ammounts of caffine other than one cup of mtn dew and my hydroxycut. i did have lots of water, a lot more than normal. hopefully soon i fall asleep so i can wake up and do it all over again.
