Ok so like everyone else I started working out in the beginning of the year. I went strong for 2 months but I couldn't change my eating habits. Half of March I worked out and halfway ate better and April was a total flop! I just learned that I'm going back home to Indiana in about 3 weeks to see my little brother graduate and I want to be in a little better shape before seeing my family. I'm having a really hard time staying consistent with eating right and working out. I work full time and go to school; it seems as if I am always tired and never feel like working out. I am determined to lose at least 10 pounds in 3 weeks before I go back though so hopefully I can stick with my diet and workout plan for 3 weeks. If I can complete this goal then I think it will be easier to make working out part of my everyday plan.
