TODAY I AM STARTING MY NEW LIFE AND I ALWAYS DO EVERYTHING TO AN EXTREME IT IS HOW I HAVE ALWAYS LIVED LIFE I AM A TYPE ONE DIABETIC AND FIND THAT EVEN WITH THAT I GO TO EXTREME I JUST RECENTLLY GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL FOR THE THOUSANDTH TIME NO JOKE IT SEEMS LIKE MY WHOLE LIFE I HAVE SPENT 90 % OF IT IN THE HOSPITAL THIS LAST TIME THOUGH SCARED ME SO BAD I TOLD MY SELF ENOUGH IS ENOUGH MY BLOOD SUGAR WAS 1245 NOW MOST PEOPLE ARE PROBEBLY THINKING YEAH RIGHT YOU WOULD BE DEAD WELL HONESTLY I SHOULD BE BUT I HAVE A HIGH TOLORANCE FOR HIGH BLOOD SUGARS BECAUSE I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HIGH BUT FOR THE FIRST TIME IN OVER 3 YEARS MY BLOOD SUGARS ARE NOW DOWN IN THE NORMAL RANGE DUE TO NOT WANTING TO DIE I MADE MY SELF A PROMISE I WEIGH 256 AND I AM GOING TO LOSE AS MUCH WEIGHT AS POSSIBLE BUT I WANT TO DO IT THE HEALTHY WAY SO STARTING TODAY I WALKED 4 MILES AT 3 MPH FOR SOMEONE THAT IS AS OUT OF SHAPE AS I AM THATS ALOT BUT MY THEORY IS NO PAIN NO GAIN MY GRANDPA TAUGHT ME THAT AND I LIVE BY IT I ALSO BELIEVE THAT WHAT DOES NOT KILL YOU MAKES YOU STRONGER SO HERE IS TO A NEW ME MY GOAL IS TO GET TO 219 FOR NOW AND WHEN I GET THERE I WILL START A NEW GOAL
