so i woke up feeling miserable .. again. it's my bp .. again. it was high saturday, sunday, and again this morning, in spite of my meds. i'm so tired of feeling sick. i've had a long list of illnesses since 2009 and being overweight only adds to my problems. i may not have any control over my lung issues, but i certainly have control over my weight. altho for the past 30+ years, my weight (actually food) has had control of ME!
