Chocolate Banana Shake

8  ounces		equate meal replacement shake
1		banana
2  tablespoons		ovaltine
32  ounces		ice

To a blender, add Ice - meal replacement shake - sliced banana - ovaltine
Set Blender to smoothie setting or pulse
NOTE: I used about 4 cups of ice.. to add more or less is to your liking.

It makes 2 16oz servings. I like to put one serving in a freezable container and have at a later time for a Frozen Dessert. The chocolate & banana flavors are actually stronger when frozen.. yummy :)
