preheat oven to 375F, grease your baking dish, it doesn't matter what dish/pan you use

spray your flour tortillas with the cooking spray, slice into 8 pieces with knife

mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl, you can add more sugar or cinnamon, it depends on your liking. sprinkle over both sides of flour tortillas

place in baking dish, separated, give each tortilla space to bake or else some might not bake thoroughly. bake for 7 to 8 minutes , until crisp
