Directions:  
Cook peas in micro-wave safe dish for 1 1/2 minutes. Set aside
Combine creamer with warm water to make one cup fluid pseudo-milk.
Blend in cornstarch and place in small saucepan over med heat. Watch it and stir periodically as it heats since it will thicken.
While "milk" is heating, chop the hard-boiled egg. Toast the bread.
When sauce has thickened to desired consistency, mix in the chopped egg and peas.
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve over slices of toast.
