Directions:  
Fry together the onion, garlic, mushrooms, 1/2 tsp of the salt, 1/4 tsp of the pepper until soft. Open up the sheet of puff pastry. Layer on the bacon slices. Spread with fried mixture, then the cheese. Brown tenderloin in skillet. Lay on top of fried mixture. Slather with butter, sprinkle on remaining salt & pepper. Wrap pastry around the tenderloin, sealing in edges and ends. Beat egg and spread over pastry. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 50 minutes in 350º oven. Slice and serve with salad.
