Clean spinach and put it in a food processor and chop until finely minced.

Add coconut milk and blend.

Taste it and add sweetener if needed. This actually tasted great with no sweetener at all, but I did add 1 1/2 tsp honey.

Pour into a freezer container and freeze. Or you can put mixture into your Ice Cream Maker and follow manufacturers directions.

Garnish and serve.
