chop radishes, mango, and tomatillos to a size appropriate for salsa

mince shallot, and jalapeno

Put shallot and jalapeno in a bowl and add lime juice of 1/2 lime and salt

chop cilantro

add 1/2 tbsp to vegetable oil and honey to lime juice mixture

add ingredients from step 1 and cilantro to lime juice mixture and mix
Put frying pan over medium heat with no oil. Add corn tortillas and cook until light brown on bottom side; flip and repeat
Fish:

heat other 1/2 tbsp in frying pan over medium heat

Season fish with nutmeg, cumin, and cinnamon

Saute fish until done; approx 2 mins a side
