Ok i was without a computer for over a month and had no access to the site... I didn;t slip to bad and haven't gained any of the weight back.  That is a good thing at least.  Now I just need to get into the swing of tracking everything again.  Wish me luck everyone.

While I feel good now that I have started adding activity to my day again, I find it frustrating that I am not able to do alot of the exercses in the videos availble here on FitClick.  I know that the healthier I get and the more weight I lose the more capable I willl become.  The problem is the frustration that I can't do it now.  I think that is the most discouraging thing out there, and the main reason that I don't stick to the exercise plans. ...

Well I have finally stareted to exercise again.  I know it is only one day, but I am happy.  I forgot how good it feels to have your muscles be sooo sore.  Hopefully that will be motivation enough to keep me going.

Emotional Binging

OMG! My husband tells me he is leaving me and moving in with his girlfriend at the end of the month.  We had been seperated, but I always thought it would work itself out.  And what is my response...I go to sonic.  I get a sonic size cheese tot and a route 44 Dr. Pepper.  I know this is the wrong response to the situation, but I just cant help myself.  What am I supposed to do?

Monthly Cravings

Ok I have a problem.  It is that time of the month for me, and I am dealing with massive chocolate cravings.  Why can't I find a decent solution to this particular issue.  I mean every month I go through this.  Is the nothing designed to give a lil bit of a chocolaty taste without it being either horrible for you, or absolutely awful and healthfood(ish).  Oh well, maybe I will find an alternative one day.  ...

I had been doing really well on not overeating.  Then yesterday I just sat and ate a whole box of macaroni and cheese.  Why do I do this to myself?  Why do I constantly sabotage my efforts?

I did great for about a week after joining the site, in regards to my exercise.  While I am still losing right at a pound a week, I know it would be better if I was able to motivate myself to exercise.  I think that I would be more willing to do it if I knew I had others to be acacountable to.  Hopefully I will find the support that I need soon.
