I've been on a plateau for about a year, with gaining and losing the same 5 pounds. I figured out that I need to go back to sipping instead of gulping, and planning ONE meal that is the correct number of calories & nutrients to eat throughout the day. I figured out how to put the amounts in on the diet tracker. You figure out how many small meals it will take to finish a whole one and then divide. So, if the meal is a total of 600 calories, and it will take 6 smaller meals to finish the whol...
