I had a great day! I stuck to my guns and did things right. I worked out this afternoon and I feel so great about it! I think I may be sore in the morning but all the hard work will be worth it. Got another date working out on Thursday pretty soon my body will be used to it until then heating pad here I come!

Well I fell off for about 2 weeks due to the holidays, but now I am back into my routine and getting back on track. Determined to reach my goals and I am hitting it full force. Gotta do it because there are no more excuses for me to use! I have stocked my home with all the healthy things that I need to complete my journey into healthy living!

I really did not do well today. All day was side tracked and grabbing whatever was convenient at the moment. Not discouraged though..I am startinf fresh tommorow and getting back on track. Went to the market and got all my meals for the week and ready to face it with great expectations for myself.
I am not a quitter..but I did back slide for a quick moment and I will redeem myself by getting back on track!  ...

I have been a very strong person so far. Actually walked passes all the sweets at the Christmas Party and ate my planned lunch! I have to pat myself on the back for that one! I even shocked myself! Today I can get a workout in and I will feel more energetic!

I feel really good about this. Full of energy and eating what I am suppose to eat. Adjusting is not really hard for me. It feels good to have a plan and be able to stick to it. At this rate I will be right on target with my weight goals.

I started officially started my road to a healthier me at 5:15 am. I have prepared well and I am ready to accomplish my goals. I want to lose at least 10 pounds within 5 weeks (January 17, 2010). I have set rewards in place for reaching my goals and have big plans for myself when I reach the ultimate goal!
I know I can do it...I am truly motivated and ready!
