I haven't been tracking my food very well and I can tell. If I keep track of my food, I do better. I have to put myself on a strick regiment. I am sixty pounds overweight. I would like to wear my nice clothes but they are too small right now.  My husband is trying to support me. I am thinking of ways to help me lose this excess poundage.

I want to be ten pounds lighter next month.

My favorite drink is the QT frozen cappuccino. I get this everyday in a 32 oz. cup. I drink this until noon. I just realized how many calories that it has. No more QT for me. I guess I will start drinking coffee from my home.

Day Two

I was suprised about how many calories I ate yesterday. I have to cut that down if I am going to lose weight. I bought a boston market frozen dinner to take to lunch and my husband and I shared it for supper last night. It said that it was one serving and had 320 calories in it. There was a lot of food for one serving.  We cooked it and divided in half and had a small salad and it filled us up.

Today, I am getting serious about my weight loss. I have been doing the yo-yo diet habit. I have been half playing at a diet for the past 3 months. I am going to make myself walk around the track everyday that I am at work. I am going to work out on my wii three times a week. I need to lose the weight because of my knee and I am missing my cute clothes.

I am setting myself some goals that will help me lose weight. I am on a cycle that I lose a few pounds then gain them back. I would like to lose them for good. I am going to walk everyday and watch what I eat. I have an old ww cook book that lists menus for the day.  I will go back to it. I lost weight with that the last time I dieted.
