Well, I am 25 years old, a high school teacher, and I recently had a baby (12-10-2009). About 7 years ago I was more than 60 pounds lighter and 5 sizes smaller!! It is hard to believe how quickly one can put on that massive amount of weight. I just want to be healthier. I want to be able to walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded.
