In the beginning....

Ok...I've done my first day of counting calories and I'm within my goal of 1500 calories per day with my meals, so yeah, I'm chuffed.This blog will probably only be read by me, so...YOU GO GIRL!! It's pretty exciting to actually be taking charge of my diet & have a realistic (?) goal of losing 5 lbs per month until I lose 30. The weight loss yoga every other day and a calorie reduced diet will hopefully reshape my 39 year old bod. Here's hoping anyways...xo
