Counting all my calories per day is easier than I anticipated. The diet tracker on this site is great, but I'm having a bit of a challenge with the workout tracker. I'm a novice Yogi, and my yoga routine doesn't quite jibe with the tracker...any help or suggestions would be rad. Hope everyone is well & standing firm on their resolutions. xo
