Yesterday was the beginning of my challange and i had a very difficult time staying on target. I resorted to eating Pizza which i love. Although i did limit myself to two pieces instead of my usual whole pizza so i did accomplish something. I went over my calorie allowance for the day by 79 calories. I do not know what happened. Everything was starting to go well and all of a sudden bam.
It is critical to get control of my sugar because i do not want to have amputations from my dibetes. My health is critical overall and i will recover.
Today is a new day and i will redouble my efforts.
