Hello to anyone who sees this. It's my first attempt at a diet. I'm 27 years old, 5'9" and 190 lbs. I don't appear to have much body fat, but I have quite the belly. I'm trying my hand at this diet, as i absolutely hate veggies, but may be substituting it for veggie shakes. Please give me any and all advice. I want to cut fat with minimal exercise. No, I'm not trying to be lazy, but I work in front of a computer all day and all night, doing homework. I have a very sedentary lifestyle and wish to form my diet and goals around it. Thanks for looking!
Also, I had planned to do this all week. no variation or change until my goal is obtained. Am I asking too much? Help a noob out.
