    It was a great day:) We had a long walk (2.5 hours) on the beach with the dog.
    I am not hungry at all.:) I feel so great!!!!
    I wanted to upload a photo, but it's not working. Why I can't upload????

    Hi Lourie: You can add foods to any day. Just click on the date in your calendar and start adding foods in the "Eaten Meals" tab. If you need to get back to a February date, click on the back arrow next to March.
