  • I need a good, quick and easy plan to follow since I'm very busy. I don't like cooking but will "prepare" food. :) Most of the time I'm grabbing yogurt, a banana or a toasted english muffin on the way out the door along with a Lean Cuisine for lunch. Any suggestions for a successful meal plan to lose weight for someone who doesn't like to cook, a picky and plain eater, and is always on the go?
