  • Wow, been a while.  Need to get real.  I have been exercising at the gym since the sirst of the year 4-5 times a week for at least 45 minutes or more each night.  But, the weight is not coming off.  Darn, gotta start food journaling to get a handle on this.  One step at a time.

  • I always have some of this in my refrigerator! I love making mexican food and cilantro and lime juice are a must! Parsley is sooooo good for you and so easy to throw it in salads, on bakes potatoes, etc. Ummmmm
