Just exercised for 30 min and entered the wrong heart rate....After changing it I noticed the calories burned did not change. Wasn't it suppose to change bc I worked out harder??????? I'm getting frustrated....

Made oatmeal today and added a little brown sugar...then I read the directions and realized I did not add the small amt of salt required. Added the salt and it made the oatmeal taste sweeter without adding more sugar.....WHY??????

The 25,000 Crunch Challenge

How long will it take us to do 25,000 crunches as a community? I'm putting out a challenge for each of us to attempt to do at least 100 crunches 3X per week and post them here.

Tonight I did 3 sets of 40 that's 120 total to get us started!
