Description:
This plan can be tweaked to your own tastes within the calorie guidelines. I'm hoping to work on 1600 calories a day to start on the first week. After that we reduce gradually to 1300 calories. Never go below 1250. Treats will be incorporated to avoid denial which can lead to bingeing
