Description:
This meal plan is ideal for those on a medium to high intensity workout like training for a marathon (26.2). I use this for my 7 to 16 week training plan. It supplies me with enough complex carbs and fiber to get the job done. try it and adjust if needed. I will be happy to answer any questions.
