I am a Zumba instructor and a Curves trainer. Our ladies see anywhere from 300+ to 700+ Calories burned in our 30 minute Zumba in the Circuit days. We do this 3x a week. Regular work out days result in 300+ calories burned.

Love the Curves circuit!! The more I push myself the more results I see!!

The advanced Curves program is a great way to get a reasonable level of strength training and cardio into a short period of time (30 minutes) for busy women on the go. The computerized keytag system offers a great way to "view" your progress and results each day.
