Calories Burned:  204 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Rectus Abdominis
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Upper Rectus Abdominis
Lie on your back with your legs raised directly over your hips, your knees should be slightly bent.
Raise your arms straight up, pointing toward your toes, and relax your head and neck.
Use your upper arms to raise your rib cage toward your pelvis, lift your shoulder blades off the floor, and reach toward your toes. Hold for a second.
Lower your shoulders to the floor and repeat.
