Dumbbell Cross Punch

Calories Burned:  357 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Deltoids
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Trapezius
Stand holding a pair of light dumbbells in front of you, palms angled in.  
Punch your left fist forward and slightly to the right, rotating your wrists as you go. 

Draw your arm back as you punch with your right fist. Perform the prescribed number of repetitions with each arm.
