Dumbbell Reverse Lunge

Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Quadriceps
Start: Grab a pair of dumbbells and hold them at arm’s length next to your sides, your palms facing each other.

Movement: Step backward with your right leg and lower your body until your front knee is bent at least 90 degrees. Return to the start, and step back with your left leg. That’s 1 rep.
