Calories Burned:  558 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
2 minute warm up. 30 seconds as fast as possible (heart rate as close to 100 as you can get), slow down to normal for 90 sec. Repeat 8 times (or as many as you can) and cool down last 3 minutes or so.
