Calories Burned:  885 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Part of any race training plan, Hill repeats come in multiple variations. Find a hill, run up it at race pace or faster, then jog or walk down for recovery.

Remember to use your hip flexors to lift your knees, focusing more on vertical motion. And push down with your glutes and calves.
