Calories Burned:  462 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
Start at 0% incline, 3.5 speed. Each minute increase incline by 1% getting up to 4.0 speed at 3 min mark. When at 8% incline at 8 min mark stay there until the 13 min mark then decrease incline by 1% each minute until 20 min mark. (at 19 min decrease by 0.5% every 30 sec).
