Medicine Ball Discus Throw

Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Start with ball on hip on throw/delivery side. Transfer weight from backside by twisting body’s core. Finish by throwing/delivering ball at shoulder height with your weight balanced over delivery side. Throw can also begin at shoulder height.
