Calories Burned:  442 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Trapezius
Assume the same starting position as for the rebound jump.  
Quickly lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor as you simultaneously straighten your arms overhead. 
Then push yourself back up to the starting position and lower the ball to a point just under your chin.
