Calories Burned:  587 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

I set the ramp incline at 7.0 and the speed at 4.0 mph for 10 minutes

Then I set the incline at 10.0 an the speed still 4.0 mph for 10 minutes

I run on incline 2.0  at 6-7 mph until I can't run anymore and go back to higher incline and lower speed.
