Calories Burned:  476 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Thighs
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Quadriceps, Gluteus Maximus
Hold the plate at your chest, arms crossed. Stride forward with your left leg until your left thigh is parallel to the floor and your back knee is an inch off the floor. Squeeze your glutes and bring your back leg forward so you're in the starting position again. Do it again, alternating legs each time.
