Calories Burned:  476 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Latissimus Dorsi
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Spinal Erectors
Instructions: 
1. Grab a pull up bar with an overhand grip.
2. Keeping your body straight, raise your legs up until your lower body is parallel to the ground, forming an "L" shape.
3. Holding the "L" position, complete the pull up. Repeat.
