Reverse Pushups

Calories Burned:  476 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Pectorals
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Rectus Abdominis

Start: Assume a pushup position with your arms straight and hands slightly beyond shoulder width apart.

Movement: Bend at the elbows and lower your torso until your chest nearly touches the floor. Pause, and push your butt toward your ankles until your knees are bent 90 degrees. Return to the starting position and repeat.
