Calories Burned:  221 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Obliques
Instructions: 
Lie down on your back. Bend your knees at a 45 degree angle and lay them down to one side so they are resting on the ground. Place your hands behind your head and slowly raise your shoulders and head until your shoulder blades are off of the ground. Lower your shoulders and head. Repeat. Do not pull your head with your hands.

I do something similar standing up during Zumba Fitness routines.

okay what if your already pakin 8 but there just not as tight as i want them would this be the right exercise to do for toning?
