Primary Muscles Trained:  Biceps
Instructions: 
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent and back straight.
2. With a dumbbell in each hand drop your arms to your sides, palms facing toward your body.
3. Slowly lift the dumbbells toward your shoulders, rotating your hands inward.
4. Slowly extend your arms and return to the starting position.
