Calories Burned:  272 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
Start by walking w/o incline at a speed of 2.0. steadily increase both speed and incline until you've reached a max incline of 20% and are walking somewhere between the speeds of 2.8-3.2.

Continue for at least 30 mins. Vary speed vs incline as needed.
