Calories Burned:  272 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
This activity involves any type of sustained aerobic class activity performed in over a fixed period of time.

This activity can also be used as a Cross Training option. RPE is self-determined.

RPE stands for Rate of Perceived Exertion and is based on a 10-point scale.

10 = extreme exertion -- conversation is impossible

8 = high effort -- conversation is extremely labored

6 = optimum effort -- conversation is difficult, but possible

4 = medium effort -- conversation is easy to maintain

2 = warm up

gets heart pumpin! but doesn't give you a hot bod like this gal! Unfortunately. :-(

I have been doing water exercises in the water for about 3 weeks now, it make me feel much better, been loosing a few pounds and my body does not hurt. water exercise is great.
