Calories Burned:  240 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

Walk on a treadmill with the incline set at 4% and 3mph.  30 minutes will burn about 200 cal.  The calories burned will differ depending on your weight.  Don't forget to cool down afterward!
