How are you doing? Are you on track to lose 10 lbs by end of January? I am back on track. It is so hard not to snack in the evening after working out!!!

late night snacking
Late night eating has been my biggest problem. Since I started a few days ago I've been fighting the tempations. I've managed to stay on track with no late night snacks. I'll be weighing in this weekend.
