10 lbs in 10 weeks - July 5 begining new challenge!!!
It's that time again! Anyone is welcome to join! The idea is to lose 10 lbs in 10 weeks. If you lose more that's even better. Weekly check-in will be each Monday. Although the initial challenge is to lose 10 pounds, you might just want to check in weekly if you are trying to maintain your weight. It will keep you motivated to stay on track and a reason to stay off the scales every other day of the week......(every little bit helps!!) See you on Monday!!!!

Beginning weight 169
Here I go again! I would like to lose those 9 lbs by the end of this challenge..... If not, then my goal is not to gain any more! Having to "check-in" weekly will keep me on my toes.

Beginning weight - 140lbs
the last challenge didn't have the results i was hoping for but i did get off track. especially lately. i've been exercising but haven't been keeping track like i should be. i'm ready to give it another shot though! :)

I'm a week late - but here
I'm glad to be back. I had a tough flu then I threw out my back. Still not 100% recovered and have ended up with a few more lbs to loose. Took my marathon celebrating a little too far. My starting wt is now 210.
