5 down ta 2 days
if i went compulsivley to the gym 5 days a week when i got bored and cut down to two days will my body go from toned to flabby or will i be fine

It depends on what you were doing those 5 days and how you are eating. If you are just doing light cardio for less than 30 mins and/or light lifting w/ weights under 10 lbs you probably won't see any difference, b/c working out like that isn't really doing much for you anyway. If you are doing hard cardio with your heartrate up at 70-80% of your max for 30 mins or more or lifting near your max to build strength, yes you'll see a difference. However, if you do nothing but weight training 2 days/week and spend 1-1.5 hours doing a full-body work out each day maxing out on weight, you'll probably actually be in BETTER shape than working out lighter 5 days a week.
