60 yr olds and above
Ok...here goes. I am 73 years old and still struggling with me weight. I need to lose at least 30 pounds. Last June 3rd I started the hCG diet and have lost 15 pounds so far. Right now I am motivated and hope to keep myself that way for a few more weeks!

over 60
Hat's off to you..... a 30 lb lost is grand... I find when you get older it is harder to exercise to take these lbs off... I only need to lose 5 lbs and know I can do it with exercise (and of course diet)--- Knee issues now has slowed me down... Guess I'll need more surgery! Yipes

Let's get together? Walk, or whatever?
http://www.fitclick.com/img/ga/community/emoticons/emoticon_sunglasses.gif Yes, I am also here for you. I know what. Why don't we say what are our cities, and then we can all get together, whomever is in our own cities?

I walk with a walker, but swimming is easier than walking.
At the YMCA and some other places, at least here in Riverside, CA, they have an automatic lifter to help people who are in wheelchairs to get into and out of the pool. They also have arthritis water exercise classes.

Workout accountability
Hi, I am stuggling to stay consistent in my walking regiment and could use some accountability. Is there anyone around the Pasadena, California area that could help?

Ovecoming this knee issue
Doctor perscribed a "donjon" knee brace and I'm hoping that's all it takes to get me back on the road to exercising longer----at this point walking is even painful! Keep your fingers crossed!
