Hello Basingstoke!
Hi ya - thanks for your reply, I thought there must be some uk people as there are a few uk foods on the list, i have added a few and will continue to do so; you can change the cup measure to lots of others, like, g, mil, packet, etc... , think it depends if the measure is flexible to work it out i have found some foods that match what i am eating but mostly adding my own - most of my foods are from tesco. It allows you to change whatever the measure is. It is easy to use and I still cant believe it is free? I am in Buckinghamshire and have a very high amount of weight to loose - have lost in the past, not for many years tho, using ww which does work for me, however this time it is for long term and for good and at the moment i am counting calories and overall fat content - didn't really plan to diet (altho am not calling it a diet lol); had a few health symptons and it kicked me into it, with a new year etc (not forgetting the snow), lots of change in scenery to make a life change!

I cant stay motivated! i have lost before but i havent ever needed to lose more than a stone but i need to lose at least 3 to get back to needing to lose a stone! (if that makes sense? The snow isnt helping! i cant get to the gym! I did go to asda today and buy camilla's cardio dance dvd! So fingers crossed i can at least do that! Happy Friday! x

Hi I found this site yesterday when I finished watching the big fat diet show on more 4. I wanted the inspiration and was looking for something special to motivate me......I think this site is special as they are not out to make a buck or dictate how you diet.
Anyone who wishes to buddy up is welcome.
